Through our ESOP, or Employee Stock Ownership Plan, employees of Robin Industries become beneficial owners of the company.
Each year, Robin makes contributions to the ESOP which are converted into shares of stock that are allocated to eligible Plan participants.
Over time, as more shares are allocated and the share value grows, participants retirement accounts grow, as well.
The ESOP plan provides an opportunity for all Robin employees to receive retirement benefits that are entirely paid for by the Company, without any out-of-pocket contribution.
Through this benefit, our employees are more closely connected with Robin’s success and have the opportunity to receive personal rewards in return for their efforts that lead to the Company’s success.
